FAQ (frequently asked questions) from our customers: after viewing these questions, you can learn better about our services. Most questions are from our customers during their cooperation with us. It can save time for each other in communication.

FAQ1: Are you a manufacturing factory or a trading company?

A1: it’s a FAQ we’ve been asked for most. We are a manufacturing factory. And we have our own foreign business department. Our main products are customized spring parts and precision CNC parts.

FAQ2: How many kinds of material do you have? Do they meet RoHS certification?

A2: Basically, our material system consists of steel and plastics. If you need customized material, please talk with us.

–Carbon steel: we have normal steel, high-carbon steel, 65Mn, 82B, 70C

–Stainless steel: stainless steel 304, stainless steel 301, stainless steel 316, stainless steel 631, etc

–High temperature steel: Inconel x-750,Inconel 600,Inconel 625,Inconel 718,17-7PH,17-4PH,15-7MO,Monel k500,UNS R30003, Hastelloy C-276,No8020,CR5,316,304,60Si2MnA,

Alloy steel: 50CrV4, 55CrSiA, 65Mn, 55CrSiA is a kind of chrome silicone steel, that is widely used in fork springs.

–Plastics: MC NYLON, OIL NYLON, POM, UHMW－PE, PU, PET, PC, PTFE, PVDF, PPS, PEEK, PAI, PI, PBI, etc.

FAQ3: Do you support orders in small quantities or do you only accept large runs?

A: We manufacture large quantity springs and small quantity springs based on your demand. We will work with you to choose the most effective solution.

FAQ4: Do you offer DESIGN services OR initial ASSISTANCE ON design?

A: Our engineers could help with the design or the drawing and give our advice. Our engineer has many years of experience in our industry. We could provide drawing format in CAD, 3D, and 2D design layouts as well as prototype development.

FAQ5: What is the typical production lead time?

A: The lead time varies in different products.
–For custom springs, fork springs, and vending springs in our mold range, we are able to deliver within 25 days. However, for some complex shapes of springs, the delivery time would be around 30~40 days.
–For CNC machining parts, and drapery parts, we can deliver in around 15~20 days.

FAQ6: Do you charge samples?

A: Yes, We charge samples as a subscription of formal order. In other words, the sample charge could be refunded when we receive a bulk order. However, if your sample requires an additional mold, We will charge it too.

FAQ7: Do you provide housing services?

A: Yes, Our warehouse provides specific stock services for long-term business. You can make your shipment schedule on an annual, or monthly basis. We will ship on a specific schedule.

FAQ8: What payment terms do you accept?

A: We could accept payment terms based on T/T, Western Union, and PayPal for a small amount, etc.
